Plzeň

Thanks to its location the V Zahrádkách residential project has excellent traffic connections in the direction of centre of Plzeň and in the direction of Prague, which you can reach comfortably within 40 minutes (Zličín).

One of the biggest shopping centres in the East Bohemian metropolis - the Plzeň Shopping Centre - is 3-5 minutes walk from the building. There is an Albert Hypermarket with a BauMax shop next to it 5 minutes away by public transport in the direction of the centre of the city.

If you prefer nature you will be frequent visitors to the local Špitalský les park. You can also find the V Homolkách park near the Plzeň train station. The Švabiny observation point, which offers a beautiful view of Plzeň and its surrounding area, is just several steps from the building.

You can reach the newly renovated Main Plzeň Station in just quarter of an hour. And the haert of the city – náměstí Republiky – is roughly the same distance away.

The Rapid Complex is the closet sports complex and has a beach-volleyball court for example. You can reach the winter stadium or municipal swimming pool by public transport in roughly 15 minutes. And it will take you just as long to travel to Štruncovy sady to support Viktorka.

If you enjoy a little culture the Alfa Theatre is just several stops from the building. You can also take enjoy a wide range of other opportunities in the centre of the city – for instance exhibitions at the West Bohemian Gallery and the West Bohemian Museum, offers by Plzeň City Municipal Library or individual performances at the J.K. Tyl Theatre.
